The Juvenile Court is a separate court in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties that deal with Children in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPS), Guardianships, Juveniles in Need of Protection or Services (JIPS), and Termination of Parental Rights (TPRs).

I am experienced in defending parents who have found themselves in the position of having their child under court jurisdiction. A parent may be investigated for abuse or neglect and must defend themselves against the state. I assist those parents in navigating the juvenile court process while working with the Department of Health and Human Services.
