Children in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPS) petitions are brought when there are allegations of abuse or neglect by the parent. Those parents must defend themselves against the state.

I am experienced with helping parents navigate through the juvenile court to protect themselves and their children by defending the parent’s rights, working with the Department of Health and Human Services, and successfully fulfilling the parent’s obligations through court orders.
