Antwayne M. Robertson II

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2010, and earned a Juris Doctor from Marquette Law School in 2014.  I have been the lead attorney at Robertson Law Firm since 2014.  My practice focuses primary on Family Law, Juvenile Law, Entertainment Law, and Estate Planning.  I am admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin. I have worked extensively in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties, but I also extend my services to Racine, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties.

I interned as a legal clerk at the Waukesha Corporation Counsel office in 2012, and then served as the Honorable Judge Michael O. Bohren’s judicial clerk in 2013. I also interned at the National Sports Law Institute in 2013.

I was published in the 2015 Spring issue of the Marquette Sports Law Review for an article that received the Marquette Sports Law program’s Comment Competition Award in 2014.  Also during my time at Marquette, I received a certificate for completion of Marquette’s Sports Law program, and the CALI Award in Patent Law.
